WATERMELON AND BLUEBERRY MOJITO SALAD
Watermelon gets a little boozy in this delicious Watermelon and Blueberry Mojito Salad. The adults at your party will love you for this!

Steps:
- In a medium bowl, combine the watermelon, blueberries and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, rum and agave nectar.
- Stir the lime juice mixture into the watermelon mixture.
- Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour. Serve.

MOJITO BLUEBERRY & WATERMELON SALAD
Inspired by the classic mojito cocktail, this festive and healthy fruit salad gets zing from rum, lime and mint. The optional piment d'Espelette--a sweet, spicy ground pepper from the Basque region of France--adds a hint of heat that's a nice contrast to the sweet fruit. Look for this spice at specialty stores, well-stocked markets or online. You could also swap in chile-lime seasoning blend (such as Tajín) for a similar subtle kick or omit the spice altogether. Feel free to skip the rum if you prefer an alcohol-free salad. With or without the rum, this salad has summertime backyard BBQ written all over it.

- Combine rum, lime zest, lime juice, salt and piment d'Espelette (if using) in a large bowl. Add watermelon, blueberries and mint; toss to coat. Let stand for at least 10 minutes (or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours). Stir before serving.
