MOCK OYSTER DIP (BROCCOLI DIP)

Steps:

• Saute onions and garlic in butter until tender.
• Add mushrooms, soup and Tabasco sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Mix well.
• Add cooked broccoli and cheese. Mix well.
• Cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
• Serve in chafing dish with Ritz Crackers.

MOCK OYSTER DIP

Steps:

• Saute onion in butter and then add other ingredients.
• Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until thoroughly heated.
• Serve warm with crackers or over baked potato.

70'S MOCK OYSTER DIP

Steps:

• 1. Sauté celery, onion, and mushrooms in butter for five minutes on medium heat.
• 2. Lower heat and add remaining ingredients. Simmer gently, stirring until mixture is smooth.
• 3. Serving Suggestions: Serve as a hot dip with butter crackers. Fill miniature pastry/patty shells with mixture and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

Steps:

• 1. saute onion till clear,add rest of ingrediants and melt the cheese in a pot,serve with crackers.i put mine on top of a candle to keep hot,or use a small crockpot.

Steps:

• Cook broccoli until finely apart, then drain. In medium pot saute onion in butter. Add drained broccoli and mushroom soup. When hot, add Kraft garlic cheese and garlic powder.

Steps:

• 1. saute the onion in the butter,then place in a large saucepan,butter and all.place all the ingrediants in the saucepan,and heat,until the cheese melts,stir often,use a low heat.then serve.with crackers,i keep mine in a small crockpot to keep it warm,its better that way.tastes like oysters,but,its not.
