1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 lemon, zest of
1 pinch salt

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor, blend all the above ingredients until smooth.
  • Chill.
