MOCK MARGARITA PUNCH
We needed a non-alcoholic beverage for a work function and were able to get this off the Internet. Very worthy for any occasion that you need non-alcoholic drinks!

Steps:
- 1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except the soda. Blend to slush consistency. Put salt on rim of glass (optional); pour 1/2 c. slush into glass and fill with club soda. ENJOY!
MOCK MARGARITAS
This recipe is perfect for children & adults....or the perfect base for the real thing. Just add a cup of tequila before freezing!!!

Steps:
- Thaw lemonade& limeade but do not dilute.
- Process the first 4 ingredients in batches in blender& pour each batch into a 4 liter jug.
- Place into a freezer until mixture becomes firm.
- Remove from freezer 30 minutes before serving.
- Rub rim of glass with lime wedge; place salt in a saucer& dip the glass rim into the salt.
- Add club soda to the lemon/lime mixture, stirring until it becomes slushy.
- Pour into prepared glasses.

Non-alcoholic punch that works well with so many menus- fiestas, outdoor grilling, beach parties etc.. Throw in a pinata for lots of fun!

Steps:
- Combine the concentrates, powdered sugar, and crushed ice in a large freezer proof container.
- Cover tightly and freeze for at least one hour (or for many days depending on how early you're planning ahead).
- Place the frozen mixture into a large punch bowl.
- Slowly pour in the soda and add the lime and/or lemon slices.
- Serve in chilled (salt rimmed optional) glasses.

Something fun that the kids can enjoy too. Refreshing and fruity. Hits the spot on those hot days but also makes a great impression at showers and parties as well. Recipe is my own.
