DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TRIFLE
This is a great party dessert for the chocolate lover in all of us. Optional: decorate top with canned whipped topping swirl and shaved chocolate curls. Make sure you get a little of each layer in every serving. Enjoy!

- Prepare brownies according to package directions. Bake and cool completely. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together milk and pudding mix until mixture begins to thicken. Dissolve coffee granules in water and stir into pudding mixture. Fold in whipped topping.
- In a glass serving bowl, layer one-third of brownie cubes, one-third of pudding mixture and one-third of candy. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator before serving.

Steps:
- Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
- Melt 24 ounces chocolate chips in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, 1 to 3 minutes. Mix cream cheese, coffee granules, and water into melted chocolate until smooth. Chill chocolate mixture until firm enough to shape, about 30 minutes.
- Shape chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Chill truffles until firm, at least 1 to 2 hours.
- Melt 6 ounces chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring after each melting, for 1 to 3 minutes.
- Dip truffles in the melted chocolate mixture and return to the waxed paper. Set aside until firm, at least 30 minutes.

- Microwave 2 oz. chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup coffee; mix well. Blend in 1 egg. Stir in flour; spread onto bottom of 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Microwave remaining chocolate and cream in microwaveable bowl 1-1/2 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in remaining coffee.
- Beat remaining sugar and eggs in small bowl with mixer on high speed 1 min. or until thick and lemon colored. Add cream mixture; mix well. Pour over batter in pan.
