Ingredients

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup fat-free milk
4-1/2 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1/2 cup crushed ice
Whipped topping and additional chocolate syrup, optional

Steps:

In a small bowl, dissolve coffee granules in water. Pour into an ice cube tray; freeze. , In a blender, combine the milk, chocolate syrup and coffee ice cubes. Cover and process until smooth. Add crushed ice; blend. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Garnish with whipped topping and additional chocolate syrup if desired.

My drink recipes tend to have a trend; I LOVE anything mocha. Lets dress up our mocha frappe for the holidays. Mint? Yes, please! Makes two servings but can easily be increased.

Ingredients

14 - coffee ice cubes
1/2 pint(s) mint chocolate chip ice cream
1/2 pint(s) chocolate ice ceam
2 cup(s) cold milk
- york peppermint chocolate syrup
- whipped cream
- chocolate mint cookies, crushed or chocolate mint candies, chopped

Steps:

Place the first four ingredients as listed above in a blender and puree until smooth. Swirl the inside of 2 glasses with the chocolate syrup. Pour the frappe into the prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle whipped cream with cookies or candies.

The night before prepare your coffee and chill it in the fridge so it's cold in the morning. Also pour your coconut milk (or any milk) into an ice cube tray - you'll need at least 8-10 - cover with plastic wrap and freeze.
In the morning add all ingredients to a blender and mix until well combined, adding an extra milk ice cube if needed. Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
Serve immediately or chill/freeze for later. Whipped cream, chocolate syrup and fresh mint make lovely toppings.
