Mobetta Mojito Recipes
MOJITOS BY THE PITCHER
I have served this to people who have sworn that they dislike mojitos and they love it. I believe it is the fresh ingredients and the use of sugar, instead of simple syrup, muddled together that makes this cocktail refreshing and delicious. It takes a little bit of work but the results are well worth it. Serve over ice.

Steps:
- Muddle sugar and mint leaves together in pitcher until leaves are well broken down. Add limes and muddle until limes are juiced. Stir rum into sugar mixture; add club soda and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Steps:
- 1. Moisten the rims of four funky glasses with lime and dip into cane sugar. Set aside.
- 2. Place ice in a beverage shaker and add in rum. Break up half of the mint leaves and add to the shaker along with the lime juice and sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in glasses. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda and garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint. Serves four
