MMMM BACON CHEESEBURGER SOUP FROM THE INSTANT POT!
I love soup, I love cheeseburgers, so this pretty much puts them together for an awesome tasting soup!

Steps:
- 1. Select the SAUTE button on your Instant Pot.
- 2. Add ground beef, carrot, celery, onion and dried parsley. Brown meat and soften vegetables.
- 3. Press CANCEL on Instant Pot.
- 4. Drain grease off meat mixture and return to Instant pot.
- 5. Add potatoes and chicken broth to pot.
- 6. Cover and lock the lid. Make sure the steam releasing handle is pointing to sealing.
- 7. HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.
- 8. When cook time is finished, use quick release. When pressure is released, remove lid.
- 9. Select the SAUTE button and bring broth back to a simmer.
- 10. Stir in milk mixed with flour, velveeta cubes, sour cream, real bacon bits and remaining tablespoon of butter. Continue to stir until smooth and thickened.
- 11. Press CANCEL on Instant Pot.
- 12. Ladle soup into bowls and serve!

- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef with onion over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in flour and pepper; transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker., Stir in broth and milk. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until flavors are blended. Stir in cheeses until melted. Top servings with remaining ingredients.

- Turn your Instant Pot onto the saute function. Use the adjust button to set it to the medium setting. Once the pot has heated up, brown the beef and drain off all the extra grease. Saute the onion for 2-3 minutes, until it is translucent.
- Add in the broth. Keep the pot on the saute setting so that the broth will get heated up while you are preparing the rest of the ingredients. This will cut down on the time it takes your pot to come to pressure. Add in the potatoes, carrots, celery, salt, pepper, parsley, basil and garlic powder.
- Cover the Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to “sealing.” Set the timer on manual high pressure to 5 minutes. When the timer beeps let the pot sit for about 10 minutes. Then release any pressure that remains.
- Stir in the evaporated milk. Make a cornstarch slurry by stirring the cornstarch and water together in a small bowl. Add the slurry to the pot. Turn the saute function on. Stir in the cornstarch mixture. The soup will thicken within just a couple of minutes. Add in the cheese and stir.

- Add oil to your Instant Pot and select "Saute". Once oil is heated (it will get shiny), add the diced onion and ground beef. Add the Italian seasoning and a bit of salt and pepper.
