- In 4-quart casserole, mix boiling water, sugar, tea and mint leaves; let stand 15 minutes.
- Stir in cold water and lemonade. Serve over ice.

MINT ICED TEA
Steps:
- Brew tea in boiling water, letting steep for 10 minutes. Pour brewed tea into a serving pitcher. Add sugar and lemon, and swirl in the mint, holding it by the stems and using it to stir and dissolve the sugar. When sugar is dissolved, drop mint into pitcher and add 2 cups cold water. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. Strain mint out before serving and serve cold.

- In a 1 gallon pitcher, combine the mint leaves, 1 quart of boiling water, instant tea powder and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cold water and lemonade concentrate. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Strain out mint leaves, if desired.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 quart water to a boil.
- Remove from heat, and while water is still bubbling, add tea bags and 1/4 cup mint.
- Cover and let steep 8 minutes, then remove and discard tea bags and mint.
- Put remaining quart of cold water into a large pitcher or insulated jug.
- Add hot tea to cold water.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Add orange juice, honey, and mint sprigs, and mix well.
- Store in refrigerator & serve over ice.

- Reserve 4 mint leaves for garnish. Place the remaining mint leaves and lime cordial into the container of a blender, and process until mint is finely ground. Stir in the club soda. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime slices.

REFRESHING MINT LIME ICED TEA COOLER - BAKED BREE

- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium high heat until the sugar comes to a boil and dissolves. Add mint leaves. Mix the leaves around. You can the leaves to get crushed and ugly so that all of the mint flavor goes into the simple syrup. Let the syrup cool.
- Meanwhile, boil a pot of water. About 2-3 cups. Let the tea steep in the hot water. White tea does not get very dark because it is well, white. This is after 3 minutes. Let the tea cool completely. Strain the mint leaves out of the syrup. Get your lime juice ready and reserve a few extra slices for garnish.
- Combine the simple syrup, tea mixture, lime slices, and some mint in a pitcher. Add sparkling water. This is more to taste. The more you add, the less sweet the mixture will be. I think that I added about 2 cups.
