3-4 scoops Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1/2 cup Milk
Whipped Cream (optional)
Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Chocolate Sprinkles (optional)

Steps:

  • Scoop the ice cream into the milkshake maker cup.
  • Add milk.
  • Mix until well blended and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, syrup and sprinkles if desired!

This EASY milkshake recipe is made with mint chocolate chip ice cream and Creme de Menthe & served in a chocolate-drizzled glass with even more whipped cream.

1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 cup whole milk
1 ounce creme de menthe (optional)
1 tablespoon dark chocolate syrup
Ready-Whip Whipped Cream (for topping)
Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Tilt a wide mouth soda glass at a 45 degree angle and squirt the dark chocolate around the inside, turn the glass as you go, to create a drizzle inside the glass.
  • Place the glass in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set before blending the milkshake.
  • Add ice cream to the bowl of a blender in small scoops.
  • Pour in milk and creme de menthe (if using) and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into the frozen glass and garnish with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.

An ultra dreamy chocolate chip mint smoothie-- the sweetness and richness of the coconut milk allows the base of this smoothie to be mostly spinach, while still being very indulgent! A healthy green smoothie that tastes like a milkshake.

1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat, canned)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or plain greek yogurt)
2 bananas (chopped and frozen)
4 cups spinach (fresh or frozen)
6 ice cubes
20 grams whey protein (unsweetened/unflavored - or use your favorite protein powder)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2-1 teaspoon peppermint extract (peppermint extracts vary in intensity - so start small!)
2 tablespoons 85% dark chocolate (chopped, or sub dark chocolate chips)

Steps:

  • Add the liquid ingredients first, followed by the rest of the smoothie ingredients, leaving out the chocolate chips. Process until very smooth and creamy, and the spinach is fully incorporated.
  • Add the chocolate, and pulse 5-6 times until the chocolate is broken up, but still in chunks.
  • Top with more chocolate chips, and enjoy while it's thick.
