Steps:
- 1. Preheat mini pie maker,(or regular oven to 400 degrees)In a bowl combine brown sugar,egg,maple syrup, butter and vanilla.Add walnuts and mix well.
- 2. Line mini pie maker or muffin tins with pie crust. Use a spoon to divide filling evenly among pies. Bake in mini pie maker for 8-10 minutes or preheated 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes,or until crust is golden and filling is set.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C.)
- In a saucepan, Mix brown sugar and flour. Add maple syrup, butter and salt. Heat until butter melts, stirring constantly.
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs with maple flavoring. Stir in sugar mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until filling is set.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Place mini paper baking cup in each of 36 mini muffin cups.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and the granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed 2 to 4 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in 3/4 cup walnuts and 1 teaspoon maple flavor. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each almost full.
- Bake 17 to 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pans to cooling racks; cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/4 cup butter until blended. Gradually add powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon maple flavor, beating until smooth. Frost cupcakes. Garnish with turbinado sugar and walnuts.

- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in egg, vanilla and flavoring. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with cream and syrup, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1/4 cup pecans., Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto greased baking sheets; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Bake until edges are light brown and tops spring back when lightly touched, 8-10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool completely., For filling, in a large bowl, beat butter, shortening and flavoring until creamy. Beat in confectioners' sugar alternately with cream and syrup until smooth. Spread filling on bottoms of half of the cookies; cover with remaining cookies. Store in airtight containers.
