CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS RECIPE BY TASTY
Sometimes you're just in the mood for a good ol' juicy hamburger. The type that's succulent and gloriously flavorful. But when you're entertaining, cooking hamburgers for a crowd is no easy joke. That's why we're bringing you these fun cheeseburger sliders instead! Baked on a single tray, these are an easy way to impress a crowd - and they definitely don't skimp on the flavor.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) rimmed baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then pressing into a flat, even layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set the cooked beef aside.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish. Place the cooked beef on the rolls, followed by the onions and cheese. Top with the remaining rolls.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sliders, then serve.
- Enjoy!

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix together the ground beef and onion soup mix in a large skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink. Drain and discard any excess grease. Remove from heat. Stir the mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese into the ground beef mixture.
- Lay the bottoms of the dinner rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the cheese and beef mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Replace the tops. Cover with another sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the burgers are heated through and cheese melts, about 30 minutes. Serve with sliced pickles.

HAWAIIAN BURGERS

- For the sauce: Stir together the mayo, teriyaki sauce, honey and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.
- For the burgers: Set a grill pan over medium-high heat (you can also use a skillet).
- Grill the pineapple and bell pepper rings until they have great grill marks on both sides (or brown them in the hot skillet), about 5 minutes.
- Season the ground beef and form it into 4 equal-size patties. Cook them over medium heat on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes on the first side, then flip them over and add a splash of teriyaki sauce on top of each one. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt while the burger cooks through, about 4 minutes longer.
- Butter a griddle or separate skillet set over medium heat. Place the rolls cut-side down and cook until brown, about a minute.
- Spoon a little bit of the sauce on both sides of the rolls and allow it to soak into the bread. Place the patties on the bottom buns and top each with 2 pineapple slices and some red onion slices, bell pepper rings and lettuce. Top with the top buns and smush it all together. Serve with extra sauce for dipping.

- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, green onion, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Add turkey and chorizo; mix lightly but thoroughly. - Heat greased grill to medium heat.
- Process 1/4 of the fish in food processor until smooth. Add onions and remaining fish; pulse just until finely chopped. Spoon into medium bowl.
- Add bread crumbs; mix well. Shape into 12 (3-inch) patties.
- Grill 3 min. on each side or until done, brushing with barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.

- Preheat your oven to 350° F. Season 1 lb. ground beef with ¼ tsp. salt and 1 Tbsp. onion powder. Add the beef mixture to a large skillet and cook until the meat browns and cooks through. See recipe tips below for help cooking the best ground beef ever!
- After it cooks through, drain the grease from your ground beef and set the beef aside. Split 12 Hawaiian rolls in half. Set the tops aside. Place the bottom half of the rolls back into the container they came packaged in.Place a slice of American cheese on each bottom roll. Then, spread the beef mixture over the cheese.Top with another slice of cheese. Break up the cooked bacon* into 12 pieces and add a piece to each roll. Optional: Add a pickle slice. - Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
