- Cut rolls horizontally in half; place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
- Bake 8 min. Meanwhile, combine all remaining ingredients except lettuce.
- Fill rolls with lettuce and crabmeat mixture just before serving.

MINI CRAB CROISSANTS
Steps:
- Split the croissants open sandwich-style but not all the way, so they have a hinge at the back. Spoon in 1 tablespoon of seafood salad, then tuck 1 or 2 baby spinach leaves underneath. Insert 2 toothpicks into the top middle of each croissant and press a caper onto the point of each toothpick for crab eyes. To make crab claws, cut the grape tomatoes open from bottom end to stem end but not all the way, leaving them hinged. Stick a toothpick into each tomato at the stem end, then insert a toothpick with a tomato into the point of each end of each croissant. Arrange them on a serving plate.

Steps:
- Mix mayonnaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, garam masala, and cilantro for tartar sauce in a bowl until well blended. Cover and chill in the refrigerator until flavors have blended, about 1 hour.
- Melt butter in a frying pan. Add celery, onion, and bell peppers; saute until soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to cool.
- Place bread crumbs and crabmeat in a large bowl. Add cooled vegetables, eggs, seafood seasoning, pepper, and cayenne; mix until well blended and moist. Form crab mixture into 1 1/2- to 2-inch balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium or medium-low heat. Add crab balls and flatten the tops with a spatula. Fry to a golden brown, about 5 minutes. Carefully flip and repeat to brown the other side. Drain on a wire rack.
- Serve with curried tartar sauce.

- Whisk mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients in medium bowl. Gently mix in crabmeat, shrimp, celery, and onion. Season filling with salt and pepper.
- Arrange 4 bread slices on work surface. Spread 1/4 of filling on each slice (about 1/2 cup). Top filling with bread slice; press to adhere. Brush top bread slice of each sandwich with melted butter.
- Place large griddle over 2 burners. Heat griddle over medium heat. Place sandwiches, buttered side down, on griddle. Cook until bottom is golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes. Brush top of each sandwich with melted butter. Using metal spatula, turn sandwiches over. Cook until bottom is golden, about 5 minutes.
- Cut each sandwich into quarters. Transfer to platter. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Remove dough from can, and cut in half lengthwise to make 2 long thin pieces of dough. Use serrated knife to cut each half into 12 pieces. Place pieces, rounded side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until just golden brown. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove to cooling rack to cool completely, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together crab, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, tarragon, salt and pepper just until combined. Set aside.
