Here's the easy way to enjoy a tasty chef-style salad on the go. Get out a two-cup resealable plastic container and fill it up.

1 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Natural Sharp Cheddar Cheese Crumbles
1 cup torn iceberg lettuce
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, cut into strips

Steps:

  • Spoon dressing into 2-cup resealable plastic container; top with layers of cheese, lettuce and ham. Seal container.
  • Shake container to evenly coat salad ingredients with dressing just before serving.

MEYER LEMON SHAKE-UP TARTS



Meyer Lemon Shake-Up Tarts image

Number Of Ingredients 8

15 frozen phyllo tart shells, such as Athens, thawed
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup granulated sugar, plus for sprinkling
2 large eggs plus 2 large yolks
2 Meyer lemons, zested and juiced (about 1/3 cup)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pats
Whipped cream, for garnish
Turbinado sugar, for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray the phyllo shells with cooking spray and sprinkle with 2 to 4 tablespoons sugar. Place the shells on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Bake until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, yolks and the 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl until thick and fluffy. Add the lemon zest and juice, and stir to combine.
  • Add the egg mixture to a heavy saucepan; heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, 10 to 15 minutes. Pour into a bowl set in an ice bath. Stir in the butter, one pat at a time, and continue stirring to cool down quickly (or chill in the refrigerator until cool to the touch, about 5 minutes).
  • Fill a pastry bag or heavy-duty plastic bag with a corner snipped off with the lemon curd filling. Pipe the filling into the cooled tart shells, then freeze for 1 hour. Garnish with a small dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with turbinado sugar just before serving.

QUICK AND EASY FLATBREAD PIZZA

4 pieces of flatbread (7")
¼ cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, sausage, onions, mushrooms, green pepper or olives

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spread sauce over top of each flatbread. Top with cheese and then your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Bake for 4-6 minutes directly on oven rack until cheese is fully melted.
  • Cut and serve immediately.

This little baked bite is very loosely based on the Spanish Tortilla, and not only is it dead simple to make, but the versatility of the technique allows this to be adapted to any occasion.

cooking spray
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 ounces Spanish chorizo sausage, finely diced
1 russet potato, peeled and finely diced
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
⅔ cup grated Manchego cheese, divided
8 large eggs
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
½ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly coat 24 mini-muffin cups with cooking spray.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Cook and stir chorizo in the hot oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
  • Stir diced potato into chorizo; increase heat to medium and cook potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain.
  • Sprinkle 1 to 2 teaspoons of grated cheese in the bottom of each muffin cup. Top with 1 to 2 tablespoons chorizo mixture.
  • Beat eggs, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl until combined. Pour egg mixture evenly into muffin cups. Lightly tap the pans to remove any air bubbles. Transfer to a baking sheet and top with any remaining cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until eggs golden brown and just set, about 17 minutes.
