Sun-dried tomatoes in a cream cheese spread add color and creaminess to these delicious Caesar salad pinwheels.

Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and herb-seasoning from salad kit in medium bowl; blend well.
- Lightly crush garlic croutons from kit.
- Combine romaine, cheese and crushed croutons from kit in large bowl. Toss with Caesar Dressing.
- On each roll, spread cream cheese mixture over lavash bread; cover with a thin layer of salad mixture. Roll up from narrow side. (For flour tortillas, fold in sides before rolling up). Secure each roll with 5 to 6 wooden picks. Slice rolls between wooden picks to form pinwheel appetizers.

Steps:
- Whisk dressing ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the lettuce with a small amount of dressing, just enough to barely coat the leaves. Place in a bowl to the side.
- Pour some warm water into a large shallow dish. Submerge one rice paper round in water until it begins to soften, about 45 seconds. Place on a sheet of parchment paper. Place a small amount of lettuce in the center of the rice paper. Tightly roll into a cylinder, enclosing the lettuce. Repeat with the remaining rounds. Cover with a dampened paper towel or wrap in plastic. Chill. Can be made 4 hours ahead.
- When ready to serve, remove from plastic and cut each roll into 2-inch-long pieces. Stand upright on a platter and top with a spot of dressing. You can put crumbled pancetta, Parmesan cheese, or chopped nuts on top for flavor and garnish.

- In small bowl, mix chicken and dressing.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits; divide each into 2 rounds.
- Press dough rounds in bottom and up sides of 20 ungreased mini muffin cups, extending dough 1/4 inch above edge of cups.
- Fill each cup with about 2 teaspoons of the chicken mixture.
- Bake 8-11 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown; remove from muffin pan.
- Top each with lettuce and cheese; serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Fit the wonton wrappers into each hole of a standard size muffin / cupcake tin (not mini and not Texas muffin tins!). Spray the wontons lightly with olive oil. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until golden and crispy. Remove from oven and set aside to cool.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a nonstick Silpat, or parchment paper. Scoop one heaping tablespoon of cheese onto the baking mat and pat down slightly. Repeat until there are about 4 cheese mounds on the sheet. Leave at least 2 inches between each one to allow for spreading! Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and just slightly golden.
- Add the cubed bread to a food processor and pulse until large crumbs appear. Pour onto a baking sheet and toss with olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toast in a 375 degree oven for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool.
- Whisk together the garlic, mayo, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, worchestire, canola, and a pinch of pepper until smooth. Store covered in the fridge until ready to use. This make a lot of dressing! You will not use it all! Save the rest for later in the week!
- Toss the chopped lettuce with a little bit of dressing. Spoon lettuce into cooled parmesan cups and top with croutons! Serve immediately!
