- Roll biscuits into 3 1/2 inch circles; place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Add apples and mix well; spoon rounded tablespoonfuls onto biscuits.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
- If desired, sprinkle each pizza with 1 tablespoon cheese.

- Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to fit a 12-in. pizza pan; fold under or flute edge. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Add apples and toss. Arrange apples in a single layer in a circular pattern to completely cover crust. Combine the first 5 topping ingredients; sprinkle over apples. , Bake until apples are tender, 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with caramel topping or dip. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

- In a medium bowl, combine apple, pecans, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon, stirring to combine. Let sit until ready to make dessert pies, or, if you’re prepping this step several hours in advance, cover and refrigerate until using.
- Form dough into a smooth ball, then divide it into even quarters with a dough scraper or sharp knife. Shape each quarter into a loaf and divide each loaf evenly into five disks (you will have 20 total). Gently spread each disk into a circle and place each disk into the bottom of a muffin cup.
- Add pizza toppings and cheese (excluding sauce) to 16 of the prepared dough cups. Each mini pizza will need about 1 1/2 - 3 tablespoons of toppings total.
