MEXICAN PIZZA I
Mexican Pizzas are delicious corn tortillas topped with beans, beef and all the delicious taco toppings you can imagine! They can be cut into wedges and served as an appetizer or left whole and served as a main dish.

Steps:
- Heat the refried beans.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Stir in the seasoning packet.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place a small amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Let the oil heat, then place one corn tortilla in the skillet. After 15 seconds, flip the tortilla over and let it fry another 15 seconds. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas, letting them drain on paper towels once they have been heated. When the tortillas have drained, arrange them on a cookie sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of beans on the tortillas, followed by a layer of beef, and cheese.
- Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Slice the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on plates or a serving platter and garnish them with the sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, chiles, avocado, and olives.

- Cook ground beef, crumbling it into small pieces with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Remove any grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water and stir to combine.
- Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, cook corn tortillas one at a time until golden and slightly crisp on both sides, flipping half way through. Remove to a paper towel.

STUFFED MEXICAN PIZZA RECIPE

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, and spray with cooking spray. (Seriously, or else your pizzas might stick.)
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat and spray it with cooking spray. Add ground meat and spices, and brown and crumble until cooked through. Drain meat if needed/desired.
- Spread 1/4 cup refried beans evenly over four tortillas, and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Evenly spread meat over beans (you will probably have some leftover). Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the meat, and drizzle with about two tablespoons of red salsa.
- Place another tortilla on top, and spread 2 tablespoons of green salsa evenly over that one. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the salsa, and arrange avocado, olives, tomatoes, and green onions over the cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over the top of each pizza.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Carefully remove each pizza with a large spatula and serve.

Jimmy's specially seasoned ground beef, refried beans, salsa and cheese layered in a deep dish style. A tasty and easy Mexican-style pizza with a flour tortilla crust I whipped up because I had the stuff to make it!!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat 2 pie plates with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place beef, onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is evenly browned. Drain off grease. Season the meat with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Lay one tortilla in each pie plate, and cover with a layer of refried beans. Spread half of the seasoned ground beef over each one, and then cover with a second tortilla. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

- Return the pizzas to the oven, and bake for 5 to 10 more minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven, and let cool slightly before slicing each one into 4 pieces.

MEXICAN PIZZA
We bought the dough from Costco used Louisiana Gem Chipolte sauce and it was great! This was are Super Bowl Snack!

- 1. We bought our dough from costco and placed it on a cookie sheet. We bought the dough for 2.00. They give it to you in a bag and it's frozen.
- 2. I put a chuck roast on sale in our meat grinder and cooked the meat with an onion and garlic powder, and chili powder.
- 3. Chop the green onion and cilantro.
- 4. This is what the piquant sauce looks like!
- 5. Took pizza out of oven and added sauce. Use any piquant sauce we used a chipolte sauce. Louisian Gem Chipolte Sauce. You can also use bottled Taco Bell Sauce.
- 6. Put hamburger mixture on the pizza.
- 7. Placed onions and cilantro on the pizza and cheese!
- 8. Added the tomatos and black olives. Placed in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 9. Pizza is done! This was our Super Bowl Snack.
