Microwave-Baked Peaches image

Fast & tasty method to make a dish of (almost) pie filling, fresh fruit desert ...also may sprinkle cinnamon or add a few drops of extract before microwaving (as you prefer)

1 peach
1 tablespoon butter
3 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute

Steps:

  • slice peach thinly.
  • chop up butter and sprinkle over fruit.
  • sprinkle splenda over the top.
  • cover microwavable dish with plastic wrap and microwave 1 min on high.
  • immediatelly pull wrap off with a fork, taking care to avoid burning on steam, allow to cool and eat.

  • In a small microwavable bowl, combine peaches, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, and ½ tsp. cinnamon. Heat in microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes or until peaches are completely defrosted. Stir mixture.
  • Place butter into a microwavable ramekin. Heat on high for 30 seconds or until butter is completely melted. Evenly pour peach mixture over butter. Set aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl mix flour, milk, ½ tsp. cinnamon, granulated sugar, extract, baking powder, and salt. Spread flour mixture on top of peach mixture.
  • Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until dough is done. Do not overcook. Remove from microwave and immediately sprinkle 1 tbsp. brown sugar on top of cobbler.
