ITALIAN ICE

Steps:

• Blend the fruit, sugar, honey and lemon juice with 2 cups ice in a food processor or blender until chunky. Add another 1 cup ice and blend until completely smooth.
• Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish and freeze 30 minutes. Scrape the ice with a fork until slushy, then freeze until firm, about 2 more hours. Scoop into paper cups.

YUM YUM FROZEN ICE CREAM DESSERT

Steps:

• Cream butter, powdered sugar, separate eggs, add 3 yolks, melted chocolate & salt.
• Stir together.
• Add vanilla.
• Beat 3 egg whites until stiff. Fold in rest & spread over crumbs & freeze until firm.
• Put half of the crumbs on frozen then put ice cream & then rest of crumbs.
• Can put hot fudge sauce on if you want to.

MIAMI BEACH ICED TEA

Steps:

• Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
• To a cocktail shaker (no ice), add the vodka, rum, gin, tequila, blue curacao, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
• Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds; pour into the glass.
• Add in the Sprite to the glass; stir; garnish with a lemon wedge.

MIAMI ICE

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake vodka, gin, rum, blue curacao, and sour mix. Pour over ice into a 14-ounce glass. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve with a tall straw.
