Steps:
- Put the Spicy Salt on a plate. Dip the rim of a chilled margarita glass into the mixture to coat the edge. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the tequila, lime juice, Simple Syrup and orange liqueur. Cover and shake until mixed and chilled, about 30 seconds. (In general, the drink is ready by the time the shaker mists up.) Strain the margarita into the prepared glass.
MEYER LEMON SIMPLE SYRUP
Simple syrup is basically one part water to one part sugar, here I jazz it up with some Meyer lemon juice!

Steps:
- Place water and sugar into a small sauce pot over medium heat. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until it comes to a simmer and the sugar is dissolved. Take off heat.
- Add in the Meyer lemon juice and stir to combine. Cool completely, use as desired and enjoy!

- Mix the lemon juice, tequila, triple sec, honey and diced jalapeno in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until very cold. Rub the lime slice around the rim of a glass and dip in salt to form a salt rim. Strain the drink into the glass.
