This Fritos Mexican Layered Dip is all kinds of delicious! It's an easy appetizer made with layers of cheese, refried beans, crumbled Fritos.

Ingredients

16 ounces refried beans
9 1/4 ounces Original Fritos (crushed)
11 ounces can corn (drained)
15.5 ounces Tostitos Queso Blanco
1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce (diced, optional)
2 cups shredded Mexican Blend or Cheddar cheese
15.5 ounces Tostitos Chunky or Restaurant Style Salsa
9 1/4 ounces Fritos Scoops (for serving)

Steps:

Layer the ingredients in this order, bottom-to-top, in a 9x13-inch dish: Beans, crushed Fritos, corn, Queso Blanco, lettuce (if using), cheese, salsa, crushed Fritos. Refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 8 hours before serving.
Serve with Fritos Scoops and...

3 (11 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
5 green onions, chopped
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
¾ cup mayonnaise
10 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine Mexican-style corn, green chilis, green onions, sour cream, jalapeno pepper, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Mix everything together and dip the Fritos!

It has now become a family favorite and I make it for every family function, its the first thing everyone ask when I walk through the door "Did you make the dip" And everyone gathers around the bowl and its gone in minutes so i double the batch. A nice change from the normal chips and dip!

1 (4 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise (i prefer miracle whip) or 1 cup Miracle Whip (i prefer miracle whip)
1/4 cup chopped green onion (optional)

Steps:

Combine all ingrediants and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with Fritos Scoops! Enjoy!

1 (7 oz) can chopped green chiles
1 (6 oz)can chopped jalapeno peppers (drained and liquid added to taste)
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2-3 bags Fritos Scoops corn chips

Steps:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except chips.
Chill two hours to overnight. Serve with Frito Scoops corn chips.
