Great pizza that is easy to make and tastes great! Every time I have made this someone asks me for the recipe - it is unbelievable!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 large ready-made pizza crust
16 ounces salsa
2 cups shredded mexican cheese
2 -3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
chili powder
salt
pepper
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
sour cream

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into cubes and season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Saute chicken until done.
  • Saute onion and green pepper until soft, 10-15 minutes.
  • Bake pizza crust 10-15 minutes, or according to package directions. Remove from oven and spread salsa over crust. Add onion and green pepper over salsa. Place chicken over pizza and top with Mexican cheese.
  • Bake at 350 until cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Top with sour cream and enjoy!

2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.), cut into bite-size pieces
1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
3/4 cups TACO BELL® Verde Salsa
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Cook chicken with peppers in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa; cook on low heat 3 min.
  • Spoon chicken mixture over crust. Sprinkle with cilantro; top with cheese.
  • Bake 10 to 13 min. or until cheese is melted.

A lovely simple and tasty pizza, found in my Take 5 ingredients book. Add extras to the chicken if you like, I also added a can of Mexican chili beans to mine which was great!

500 g ground chicken
2 prepared pizza crust
200 g hot taco sauce
2 cups pizza cheese, grated
1 yellow capsicum, diced
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved

Steps:

  • Cook chicken mince in a greased and heated pan, breaking up any large clumps until mince is just cooked through, remove from heat.
  • Place pizza bases on oven trays and spread taco sauce over them, sprinkle with cheese and then top with cooked mince, capsicum and tomatoes.
  • Bake at 190°C in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until bases are crisp & topping lightly browned.

1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon onto crust; top with remaining ingredients.

1 package (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
8 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon canola oil, divided
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chunky salsa
2 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
Sour cream and additional salsa, optional

Steps:

  • Unroll dough into a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; flatten dough and build up edges slightly. Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook chicken over medium heat in 1/2 teaspoon oil for 4-6 minutes or until no longer pink; remove and keep warm., In the same pan, saute the onion, peppers, chili powder and cumin in remaining oil until crisp-tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in salsa and chicken., Sprinkle half of the cheese over prepared crust; top with chicken mixture and remaining cheese. Mexican Pizzas are delicious corn tortillas topped with beans, beef and all the delicious taco toppings you can imagine! They can be cut into wedges and served as an appetizer or left whole and served as a main dish.

1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 pound ground beef
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 (6 inch) corn tortillas
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
8 tablespoons sour cream
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
2 green onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
½ avocado, diced
1 tablespoon black olives, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat the refried beans.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Stir in the seasoning packet.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place a small amount of vegetable oil in a large skillet. Let the oil heat, then place one corn tortilla in the skillet. After 15 seconds, flip the tortilla over and let it fry another 15 seconds. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas, letting them drain on paper towels once they have been heated. When the tortillas have drained, arrange them on a cookie sheet.
  • Spread a thin layer of beans on the tortillas, followed by a layer of beef, and cheese.
  • Bake the tortillas in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Slice the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on plates or a serving platter and garnish them with the sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, chiles, avocado, and olives.
