  • Shape into patties and grill.
  • Serve with salsa.

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 teaspoon hot sauce
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Make into patties.
  • Cook in large skillet.
  • When done serve on hamburger buns.
