MIGHTY S'MORE COOKIES
Cookies that taste like s'mores! This is the first cookie recipe I've created. I started with my favorite chocolate chip cookies and worked from there to give them a traditional s'mores flavor. My kids gobble them up! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the first egg into the butter mixture completely before adding the second with the vanilla extract; continue beating until you get a smooth batter. Stir graham cracker crumbs and salt into the creamed batter.
- Dissolve baking soda in hot water in a small bowl; stir into the batter. Fold chocolate chips and marshmallows through the batter.
- Sprinkle flour into the batter while stirring until flour is completely incorporated and you get a cookie dough texture.
- Scoop small balls of the dough from the bowl and drop onto prepared baking sheets. Depress each dough ball slightly using the back of a spoon.
- Bake in preheated oven until the edges begin to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to cooling racks.

- I don't think anyone needs a lesson in how to build a s'mores, but here's the idea...
- Using a stick, long grilling fork, or wood skewer, stick on a marshmallow and roast over an open flame for 30-60 seconds, or until toasted.
- Place roasted marshmallow between 2 graham crackers (or cookies, etc) lined with chocolate (or other toppings) Devour immediately.
MEXICAN S'MORES

Steps:
- Spread peanut butter on a tortilla.
- Scatter a few chips and marshmallows on the peanut butter.
- Fold sides in on tortilla.
- Roll up tortilla.
- Wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes or grill til melted.
S'MORES
Steps:
- Preheat a grill over high heat.
- On a heavy duty sheet of aluminum foil, add the chocolate, 5 marshmallows, chocolate cookies, and top with chopped mint. Carefully close the foil and put on the grill over indirect heat. Heat until the chocolate is melted. Put the remaining 5 marshmallows onto a skewer and grill on all sides.
- Put a pizzelle on each of 5 plates and top with the chocolate mixture. Add a dollop of whipped cream, and a toasted marshmallow. Garnish with a broken pizzelle and mint leaves.
NO BAKE S'MORES SNACK MIX RECIPE
Steps:
- Place baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and melt in the microwave for 1-2 minutes stirring everything 30 seconds until melted.
- While the chocolate is melting, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. On the parchment paper add golden grahams, mini marshmallows, pretzels, and dark chocolate chips.
- Once the chocolate is melted and warm pour over the ingredients on the cookie sheet and toss with a spoon until everything is coated in chocolate. Place the tray in the fridge and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Once chilled break apart and enjoy!

MEXA S'MORES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Simmer the cream in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
- Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place 6 of the Maria crackers on the baking sheet and top each with half a marshmallow. Bake until the marshmallow starts to brown, about 5 minutes. Carefully arrange the crackers on a serving dish.
- Top each with 1 tablespoon chocolate ganache and another Maria cracker. Serve warm or at room temperature.
