A friend from church shared this zingy strawberry-infused punch recipe. It's great for bridal showers, anniversary parties and holiday gatherings. -Joan Hallford, North Richland Hills, Texas

Yield 22 servings (about 4 quarts).

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 container (16 ounces) frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, thawed
2 bottles (1 liter each) club soda, chilled
1 bottle (1 liter) ginger ale, chilled
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed

Steps:

  • Place strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Pour into a punch bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

1 cup boiling water
2 strawberry-flavored tea bags, &
mango-flavored tea bag
1/3 cup mint leaf
250 g fresh strawberries, quartered lenghtways
200 g frozen mixed berries
750 ml sparkling apple cider, chilled
750 ml sparkling wine, chilled

Steps:

  • Pour boiling water into a heatproof jug. Add teabags and stand for 5 minutes Drain and discard tea bags.
  • Place cooled tea, mint leaves, strawberries and mixed berries into a large punch bowl or 2 large jugs. Add apple cider. Slowly add sparking wine and serve.
