MEP'S EASY, TASTY TILAPIA
This is the way I throw this fish together. I have tons of frozen tilapia in my freezer and this works for me - easy and low-sodium.

Steps:
- Melt butter and add lemon juice to taste.
- Lay tilapia filets in a broiler-safe pan.
- Brush each side with butter/lemon mixture.
- Broil, turning often and basting with butter till fish begins to flake easily.
- On last round, add pepper and a sprinkling of Old Bay seasoning on each side.
- Eat. It's yummy and good for you!

Steps:
- 1. In a large plastic baggie, mix the flour with the garlic & paprika
- 2. cut the tilapia fillets in half, lengthwise, put and bag and shake.
- 3. heat half the butter & half the olive oil.....on med-high heat....cook the tilapia , few mins each side, till golden brown and cooked through... do not overcrowd the pan, take out the first batch and put on paper towel to drain ...repeat with the other half...
- 4. take off paper towel, sprinkle with paprika & salt (lightly)...and garnish with limes
NADINE'S DELICIOUS TILAPIA
Steps:
- Beat the egg and soy sauce together in a bowl.
- Gently press the tilapia pieces into the flour to coat; shake off the excess flour. Dip each flour-coated piece into the beaten egg mixture and then press into bread crumbs. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Place the breaded tilapia onto a plate while breading the rest; do not stack.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the breaded tilapia in the vegetable oil until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
