MELLO JELL-O SHOT

Steps:

• Heat 1 cup Midori with 3 sheets gelatin until dissolved. Cool. Add remaining Midori. For each drink, pour 1 1/2 ounces into a cordial glass. Leave 20 minutes in freezer.
• Blend 1 cup watermelon juice with 1/2 cup simple syrup and 5 sheets gelatin. Heat until dissolved. Cool. Add remaining watermelon juice and vodka. Pour 1 1/2 ounces to fill each glass. Dried currants soaked in crème de cassis can be added before it sets.

MELLOW YELLOW JELLO SALAD

Steps:

• Mix the pineapple, jello, and 7up.
• Pour into a 9x13 dish.
• Put into refrigerator to set.
• In saucepan, mix juice, flour, butter and eggs.
• Cook and stir, on med, bring to a boil.
• Boil for 1 minute.
• Allow to cool, while jello sets.
• Mix the cooled cooked mixture with the whipped topping.
• Spread over the jello.

MELLOW JELLO

Steps:

• 1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin onto the concentrated juice. Let stand for 1 minute; stir. Wait 1 minute, then add boiling water. Stir mixture for about 5 minutes. 2. Place fruit into cleaned melon halves. Pour gelatin mixture over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Slice each melon half into 3 wedges.
