I made this as a cake for my birthday and it went down a hit, it is very simple and fun to make and it is BIG

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 (200 g) packets marshmallows
cornflour
greaseproof paper

Steps:

  • prepare a mould the shape in a round tub about 3 inches high and 2 inches wide (about) by lining with greaseproof paper and dusting with cornflour.
  • in a large bowl over simmering water melt marshmallows until it's runny, this can take a while.
  • take off the heat.
  • pour into prepared mould.
  • set in fridge.
  • once set turn out.
  • voila.
  • mega marshmallow.
