Steps:
- Gently warm coconut oil in a heavy pan on medium heat. Make certain it does not reach the smoke point.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- add to heated pan and let cook halfway before stirring them.
- add chervil/chives and salt/pepper once cooked to your liking.
- Plate and dust with matcha powder.
