Ingredients

Neelys Dry Rub, recipe follows
5 drops hot sauce
4 ounces vodka
2 ounces olive juice
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced in 1/2
4 ounces paprika
2 ounces white sugar
1 teaspoon onion powder

Steps:

Dip rim of martini glass into water. Rim with Neelys Dry Rub.
Add vodka, olive juice and hot sauce to chilled shaker. Shake well. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a slice of jalapeno.
Add ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.

pinch of cocoa powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
2 oz. Mazama vodka from Bend Distillery in Bend, Ore.
2 oz. Godiva chocolate liqueur
1 1/2 oz. sweetened whipping cream
small Thai chili pepper

Steps:

Rim a martini glass with cocoa powder with a pinch of cayenne pepper added. Shake together Mazama vodka and Godiva chocolate liqueur and pour into glass. Top with sweetened whipping cream. Garnish the cream with a small Thai chili pepper.

.25 oz. raspberry liqueur
.5 oz. cranberry juice

Steps:

Fill shaker with ice
Add Smirnoff Cranberry Vodka, raspberry liqueur, and cranberry juice
Shake
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with 3 cranberries on a stick
