Steps:
- 1. STEP ONE: Preheat Oven @ 350 degrees Step one Ingredients; Mix in Medium Bowl. Set aside 1 cup The remaining Mixture Press in 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake for 5 Minutes.
- 2. Step Two: Whip cream in a small bowl until stiff. Fold in Vanilla. Spread over the Crumb Mixture above.
- 3. Step 3: Sprinkle Mini Marshmallows over step 2, Whipped Cream.
- 4. Step 4: Cover Step 3 (Mini Marshmallows) with Pie Filling. Sprinkle reserved Cup of Crumb Mixture over Pie Filling. Press down Lightly. Chill several Hrs or Over Night. Serves 8-10 in 9 x 13 dish. Kitchen Helper tip: you can use any of your Favorite Pie Fillings; Raspberry, Blueberry, Etc. instead of Cherry.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine fruits, marshmallows and pecans.
- Fold in the Cool Whip topping and the mayonnaise into the fruit; toss lightly to combine well.
- Transfer the mixture to a 8x8-inch dish.
- Chill in the freezer for about 1 hour (NOT until solid).
- Cut into squares.
- *note* make sure that the canned fruit is VERY well drained, I like to pat off any excess moisture with a paper towel.
- Also, if you plan to double this recipe, prepare in TWO separate pans.

- Coat a 9 x 13 inch pan with spray oil or margarine.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over low heat. Add the vanilla. Melt the marshmallows into the margarine, stirring. Add the cereal when the marshmallows have melted; stir until cereal is coated. Quickly pour into the prepared pan. Use a sheet of waxed paper to press the mixture down flat and evenly into the pan.
- Let set for 2 to 3 hours. Cut into squares.

- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt marshmallows and milk. Remove from the heat. Cool, stirring occasionally. Stir in extract. - 1. Spray coat a 9x13 baking pan. Spread the 4 cups of mini marshmallows in the bottom of the pan.
- 2. Prepare your cake mix as directed on package. Pour batter over the marshmallows. Using the fruit filling, drop fruit filling over the batter until all the filling is used. Place in 350 degree oven.
- 3. Bake in 350 degree oven until cake tests done, at least 45 minutes. As the cake bakes, the marshmallows melt and come to the top forming a "glaze".
- 4. Remove cake from the oven upon testing done. Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before cutting to serve. Can be served with fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream as well.
