2 cups cold milk
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.)
  • Spoon 1-1/2 cups of the pudding mixture into crust; top with marshmallows and coconut. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spoon over marshmallow layer in crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

⅓ cup butter
30 large marshmallows
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup hot milk
½ (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate, grated

Steps:

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with butter or margarine. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture for the top of the pie. Press remaining mixture in pie pan.
  • Cook milk and marshmallows in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
  • Cool marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream, and add grated chocolate.
  • Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture into graham cracker pie shell, and put reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Steps:

  • In a bowl whisk your chocolate pudding and milk together until it thickens up. Now pour the chocolate pudding mixture into your graham cracker crust.
  • Grab a new bowl and add your whipped topping and marshmallow fluff together. Fold it together until creamy.

Preparation time does not inclued the 2 hours or more needed for the assembled pie to set & firm up in the refrigerator. NOTE: The recipe actually calls for 4 ounces of cream cheese, but RecipeZaar doesn't recognize that amount, so, reduce that ingredient amount accordingly!

4 (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate squares
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme, divided
1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
9 inches Oreo cookie pie crusts
1 cup Cool Whip Topping, thawed
1 (1 ounce) bittersweet chocolate square, for chocolate curls

Steps:

  • In a medium size microwaveable bowl, on high, microwave 4 chocolate squares for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until melted, stirring after 1 minute.
  • To the melted chocolate add ONLY 4 OUNCES (NOT the 8 ounces!) of cream cheese, half of the marshmallow creme, the dry pudding mix & the milk, beating with a mixer until well blended, then spoon into the crust.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the last half of the marshmallow creme & the Cool Whip until well blended, then spread over the chocolate layer.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm, then, if desired, use 1 square of chocolate to make chocolate curls & arrange them on top of the pie.
  • To make chocolate curls, microwave the chocolate square on high for a few seconds or just until you can smudge the chocolate with your thumb.
  • Slowly pull a vegetable peeler along the bottom of the square to make a curl, then repeat to make additional curls.

This S'mores Chocolate Pie has a graham cracker crust and creamy chocolate filling piled high with perfectly toasted marshmallows! The perfect way to enjoy indoor s'mores year round!

1 1/2 cups (201g) graham cracker crumbs (about 11 full sheet graham crackers)
3 tbsp (39g) sugar
1/8 tsp salt
10 tbsp (140g) unsalted butter, melted
5 tbsp cornstarch
1 ¼ cups (259g) sugar
¼ tsp salt
4 large egg yolks
2 cups (480ml) whole milk
½ cup (120ml) heavy cream
6 ounces (169g) semi-sweet chocolate chopped, (70% cocoa)
2 tbsp (28g) butter unsalted
1 tbsp vanilla extract
7 regular sized marshmallows, cut in half
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • To make the crust, add the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and salt to a large bowl and stir to combine.Add the melted butter and stir until well combined and crumbly.Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and spread the crumbs around so that they are evenly dispersed.Press the crumbs into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  • To make the filling, whisk the cornstarch, sugar and salt together in a medium sized saucepan,.
  • Add the egg yolks, milk and heavy cream and whisk to combine.
  • Heat over medium heat while whisking constantly until the mixture starts to bubble around the edges and thicken to a pudding like consistency.
  • Remove mixture from the heat and stir in the chocolate, butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined and all the chocolate and butter is melted. The mixture should be smooth.
  • Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust. Smooth the top. Place in the refrigerator to chill for 5-6 hours, or until completely cool and firm.
  • For the topping, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the regular sized marshmallows halves around the top of the pie, then fill in the additional space with the mini marshmallows.
  • Bake for 3-4 minutes or until marshmallows get puffy, then turn to broil on low for 2-4 minutes, depending on how browned you want it.
  • You can serve this pie warm right out of the oven or after it has cooled. I personally like it warm - it's more s'mores-like. The filling will still be cool, but not as cold.
  • Store the pie well covered in the fridge. You can warm individual slices back up a touch in the oven or microwave, if desired. Be aware that the sticky marshmallows can be tough to cut through. You could also use a meringue topping, if you'd like something that's easier to slice. I'd recommend the topping from this cheesecake.

  • In medium bowl, slightly beat eggs and egg whites; set aside.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Gradually stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with wire whisk, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  • Gradually stir at least half of the hot mixture into the eggs, then stir back into hot mixture in saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  • Spoon into six 1/2-cup custard cups or ramekins. Top with marshmallows. Serve warm or cold.

14 vanilla wafers
Hersheys Chocolate Syrup (optional)

Steps:

  • In a microwave safe bowl add the marshmallows and 2 TBSP milk--microwave on high for 30-45 seconds, then stir (marshmallows will be partially melted). Cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator--add 1 cup of the thawed Cool Whip--stir well. In a separate bowl add both pudding mixes and the 2 cups of milk--beat with a whisk for 2 minutes. Let the mixture stand a minute or two until thickened. Add the rest of the thawed Cool Whip to the chocolate pudding mixture--stir well. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture into the chocolate crust. Arrange the Nilla wafers evenly over the top of the chocolate pudding mixture. Spread the marshmallow mixture over the Nilla wafers. Refrigerate until cold. Drizzle the top with Hershey's chocolate syrup before serving if you wish.
