Steps:
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first five ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients, seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- For each kabob, thread one piece each of cheese, olive, salami and pepper onto a toothpick.
- Note: preparation time does not include marinading time.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine first five ingredients; add chicken and sausage. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate 1 hour. , Meanwhile, place potatoes in a large microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 6-8 minutes or until almost tender, stirring twice. , Drain and discard marinade. On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread chicken, potatoes, sausage and pineapple. Grill, covered, over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, turning frequently. Serve with ranch dressing.

- 1. Combine all ingredients.
- 2. To marinate: 1- 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage (or any kabob choice) Place meat & marinade in plastic bag or glass covered dish in fridge for 1 hour or more.
- 3. Grill kabobs, basting w/marinade, 5 minutes per side.

- PREP: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 450-500 degrees F). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20-30 minutes.
- VEGGIE AND SAUSAGE PREP: cut the sausage into 1 to 1-1/2 inch thick coins. Cut the peppers and red onion into 1-inch pieces. Cut the large mushrooms in half (leave small mushrooms whole).
