125 g mayonnaise (4oz)
40 g tomato sauce (ketchup)
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Steps:

  • Stir the tomato sauce and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
  • Add a few drops of Worcestershire and Tabasco and stir to combine.
  • Cover with cling film and chill till required.
  • Serve with seafood and lemon wedges.

This was served from time to time as a salad dressing while I waitered in England, EXCELLENT with shrimp (I believe an Irish traditional shrimp sauce)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
lemon juice, to taste
Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix Mayonnaise and Ketchup in bowl.
  • Add lemon juice and worcestershire sauce to taste.
  • Serve over Salad or as Shrimp Dip.
