2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Honey-Nut Cheerios
1 cup miniature pretzels
1/2 cup pecan halves, coarsely chopped
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Preheat oven to 250°. In a large bowl, combine cereals, pretzels and pecans. , In a small microwave-safe dish, combine maple syrup and butter. Cover and microwave on high 45 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat., Transfer to a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

10 cups popped popcorn
1-1/2 cups pecan halves, toasted
1-1/3 cups sugar
1 cup butter, cubed
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Steps:

Place popcorn and pecans in a large bowl; set aside. In a large heavy saucepan, combine the sugar, butter, maple syrup, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until a candy thermometer reads 300° (hard-crack stage). Remove from the heat; stir in maple flavoring. Quickly pour over popcorn mixture and mix well., Transfer to baking sheets lined with waxed paper to cool. Break into clusters. Store in airtight containers.
