Serve this beautiful beverage at your next brunch in place of mimosas. Just chill the base an hour before adding the club soda. -Taste of Home Test Kitchen

Yield 13 servings (2-1/2 quarts).

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

4 cups mango nectar
2 cups orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 bottle (1 liter) club soda, chilled
Lime slices, optional

Steps:

In a large pitcher, combine the nectar and juices. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour., Just before serving, stir in club soda. Serve in champagne flutes or wine glasses. Garnish with lime slices if desired.

1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz cointreau liquor
3 oz mango nectar
5-6 ice cubes
1 slice mango, for garnish (optional)

Steps:

1. Fill tall glass with 5-6 ice cubes. Add the vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, Cointreau, and mango nectar. Stir gently.
2. Add mango slice for garnish, and serve immediately.
