3 ounces orange Jell-O
11 ounces mandarin oranges
1 cup Orange sherbet
1 cup boiling water

Steps:

Disolve jello in boiling water.
Immediately add orange sherbert and stir till melted.
Chill until slightly set, and add drained mandarin oranges. Cover with plastic wrap touching to prevent film from developing on top.
Chill until firm.

4 cups water
6 oz Orange Jello Mix
3 ounce instant vanilla pudding
11 ounce can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 of a 20 ounce can of Pineapple chunks, drained
One 8 ounce container cool whip

Steps:

Mix together 4 cups of water, orange jello mix, and vanilla pudding mix in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring the whole time to keep clumps from forming. Once it starts to boil, remove from heat. Pour into a heat-resistant container (I usually use a glass baking dish), cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about four hours. Remove from fridge and break up the jello into chunks. Place in a large bowl. Add in the pineapple, mandarin oranges, and whipped cream and mix around until everything is combined. Keep refrigerated until you are ready to serve.

A friend taught me to make this years ago - without a recipe. It is very quick and easy. The sweet, creamy salad is great as a cool, refreshing side dish or dessert.

1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 (16 ounce) packages cottage cheese
1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O® mix

Steps:

In a large bowl, blend the thawed frozen whipped topping, mandarin oranges, cottage cheese and orange flavored gelatin mix. Chill in the refrigerator 2 to 3 hours before serving.

1-3/4 cups boiling water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
3 cups ice cubes
1 can (15.25 oz.) tropical mixed fruit, drained
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Steps:

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold.

1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, undrained
1 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
6 oz. (3/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

Steps:

Drain oranges, reserving 3/4 cup juice.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in reserved orange juice and lemon juice; pour 1-1/4 cups into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatin is set but not firm.
Add remaining gelatin mixture gradually to cream cheese in medium bowl, whisking after each addition until blended. Stir in oranges. Spoon over gelatin layer in pan.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving to serve.

1. In a large bowl mix jello and cottage cheese.
2. add pineapple and oranges to jello mix.
3. fold in the coolwhip
4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve cold.
