GRACE'S QUICK AND EASY PIMENTO CHEESE SPREAD

i've always like pimemto cheese spread for sandwiches and on crackers ect.... so thought i'd share this one. u can make as much as u want and its cheaper to make it than to buy it already made up.

Number Of Ingredients 4

- 1 bag shreded chedder cheese.
- 1 large jar diced sweet pimentoes with juice.
- about a cup of mayo not lite or enough to make it creamy
- i also add a few tabsp of sour cream

Steps:

  • in large bowl combine all ingredients. blend well.
  • pour into air tight container and put in fridg. or just go ahead and make sandwhiches and enjoy.

Mama did not always feel like cooking right away; here was a little snack to hold us over. Easy to do, with few ingredients already in your fridge and cabinets. Best served with Ritz® crackers, but you can spread on your favorite slice of bread and make a sandwich, if you prefer. Refrigerate when finished.

2 cups mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimientos
½ cup white sugar

Steps:

  • Stir shredded cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, and sugar together in a bowl.
