8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked
1/2 cup green onion, diced
10 stuffed green olives, diced
1 jalapeno, seed and diced
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Crumble the bacon.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients with a half a cup of the cheddar.
  • Roll into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  • Coat outside of ball with remaining cheese.
  • Serve with crackers and raw vegetables.

My mother has been making this since I was a kid (About 10 years) We eat it on crackers. I Have to make alot for the kids. Its a nice snack item to keep around.

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
1 (4 ounce) bottle kraft old English cheese
1 tablespoon water
garlic salt
onion salt (to Taste)

Steps:

  • Combine all Ingredients and set in Ref overnite.
  • Then Shape into a ball and Ref again overnite.
  • Serve with favorite crackers.
