2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa (Dutch-process preferred)
2 1/2 cups powdered milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 pinch cayenne pepper, or more to taste
Hot water

Steps:

  • Sift all ingredients in a mixing bowl to incorporate evenly and store in an airtight container until ready to use. Ready for some hot cocoa now? Just fill up your favorite mug with warm water or milk, and 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mix, stir and drink up!
  • This recipe makes 5 1/2 cups of mix.

1 ¾ cups unsweetened cocoa powder

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine milk powder, confectioner's sugar, cocoa powder, and creamer. Stir till thoroughly combined. Store cocoa mixture in an airtight container. Makes about 15 cups mix, or enough for about 45 servings.
  • For 1 serving, place 1/3 cup cocoa mixture in a coffee cup or mug, and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with dollop of whipped cream or a few marshmallows, if desired.

1 cup Cornstarch

Pinch of Salt
1/2 Vanilla Bean caviar, split and seeded (optional)

Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Seal in an airtight container for later use.
  • In a sauce pan, bring 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup of Instant Pudding Mix to a boil. Reduce the milk to a simmer and stir constantly for about 5 minutes or until the pudding thickens. Remove from stove top, pour into a large bowl and let rest for 5-10 minutes until warm and ready to eat, or place in the fridge and let cool completely.
  • To prevent the "skin" that forms on cook and serve puddings, press plastic wrap onto the top of the pudding and place in the fridge to chill.
  • Serve.
