- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. , Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat egg, milk and salt. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., In a large skillet, cook beef, sausage, onion and green pepper over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato sauce. Spoon over the spaghetti mixture. , Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Freeze option: Cool spaghetti completely before tossing with egg mixture. Transfer to baking dish; cover and refrigerate. Meanwhile, prepare meat sauce and cool completely before spooning over spaghetti mixture. Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Bake as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.

- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes., Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Add to beef mixture and gently stir in sliced plum tomatoes. , Transfer to an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

SPICY SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Set a large covered pot of water over high heat to boil.
- When it reaches a rolling boil, salt the water and add the spaghetti, giving a few stirs to keep the pasta from clumping together.
- Meanwhile, in a medium skillet , heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the breadcrumbs if using (if you are not including the breadcrumbs, skip to the next step). Toast the crumbs in the oil, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until browned, about 3 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and continue cooking until it is just fragrant and lightly colored, about 1 minute. Be careful not to overcook the garlic or it will become bitter.
- Add the red chile pepper (dried or fresh) and chopped parsley, if using. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- When your pasta is al dente , drain it, reserving a few tablespoons of the cooking water.
- Add the spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly coated. Add a little bit of the pasta cooking water as needed if the mixture is too dry. Serve and enjoy.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spaghetti according to package directions for al dente. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, 6-8 minutes, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain. Stir in pasta sauce, olives, capers, anchovies, pepper flakes and seasoned salt; set aside., In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss to coat., Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13x9-in. or 3-qt. baking dish. Top with half of the cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Place baking dish on a rimmed baking sheet., Cover and bake for 40 minutes. - Preheat oven to 375°. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain., Cut squashes and peppers into 1/4-in. julienne strips. - Make dressing by adding all of the ingredients to either a small bowl and whisking or a jar and shaking. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium-low heat. Once melted, increase heat to medium-high and add orzo and red onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes, until red onion are soft.
- Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice salt and pepper. Simmer until orzo is al dente, 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently the last couple minutes of cooking so it doesn't burn. If you have leftover liquid, drain orzo. Transfer to a large bowl to cool in the refrigerator while you finish chopping your veggies.
- Add all of the salad ingredients to the orzo followed by the dressing. Toss to coat.
- Taste and season with additional lemon juice or salt and pepper to taste.
