MAGIC BULLET® BANANA CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE
A creamy chocolate shake with a nice light banana flavor that I came up with one night. This recipe is for one party mug-sized shake. I'm not normally a fan of banana-flavored drinks, but this milkshake tastes amazing!

Easy! Super quick and easy. From the Magic Bullet cookbook. The french stick can be subbed for ciabatta (yum) and I like to add some parsley too.

Steps:
- Place the butter in the short cup and place on the steamer lid.
- Microwave until the butter is melted. add the garlic and cheese and twist on the cross blade.
- Blend until smooth.
- Slice the french stick lengthways and spread, pour and persuade the butter onto the stick.
- Toast under the grill until warm and browning.

BEFORE YOU KNOW IT BEAN DIP (MAGIC BULLET)
Not all bean dip comes out of that creepy little can. You can make hearty, delicious, all-natural bean dip in seconds. This dip is great both warm and cold. If you go for the warm version, try adding 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese to the ingredients before you blend it. (If you don't have room, partially mix the ingredients, then add the cheese.) Take the blade off, place the Shaker/Steamer Top on the cup and microwave for about 2-3 minutes (until warm throughout). Give the dip another quick Pulse or two, then serve immediately. BADA BING BADA BANGED POTATOES
These potatoes are easy to prepare and are a great crowd pleaser. The herbs and cheese really bump up the flavor. You can prep them ahead then finish them on the grill or oven. The name of the dish makes people laugh--until they taste them. Then all you'll here is ooo's and aaah's.

- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the potatoes in a large saucepan of water. Cover; bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat; gently cook potatoes until tender but still firm, about 20 minutes. Drain.
- Place potatoes on a greased, rimmed baking sheet. Smash the warm potatoes with the heel of your hand or a small pan to flatten slightly and break the skin.
- Mix together the olive oil, butter, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; add the potatoes and toss well. Return coated potatoes to baking sheet, leaving 1/2 inch space between each potato.
- Roast potatoes in the preheated oven until lightly browned and slightly crispy; about 30 minutes. Place hot potatoes on a large platter; sprinkle with parsley and the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

- Guacamole. Blend avocado, lime juice, garlic cloves, onion, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeno peppers (definitely optional). The serving size should probably just be for one person, you won't want to share it.
- Raspberry Sorbet. This one is so simple. Literally just raspberries, water, and honey or maple syrup. This may sound boring, but it's actually delicious.
- Pesto. Mixture of basil leaves, pine nuts, olive oil (extra virgin), salt, garlic, and parmesan cheese. Delicious to eat with veggies, on toast, in a sandwich, as salad dressing, on bruschetta (see recipe below), etc.
- Coconut Smoothie. Feel like you're in paradise while you actually sit in your dorm room while drinking a smoothie made of coconut water, mango, banana, and ice.
- Frozen Margarita. Yet another touch of paradise... the margarita! If you're like me, waking up to 10 degree weather you'll definitely want to drink a margarita to ignore the cold.
- Hummus. If you love hummus, you were definitely devastated by the tragic recall of Sabra hummus products. Obviously, an alternative is necessary. Making your own hummus is simple.
- Salsa. Blend of onions, jalapenos, cherry tomatoes, garlic, lime or lemon juice, and cilantro. And some salt and pepper as well. Perfect to eat with chips and way better than salsa out of the jar.
- Bruschetta. Tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper served on toast. With optional pesto (seen above) added. Perfect.
- Tomato Soup. Who doesn't love grilled cheese and tomato soup? No one. This recipe includes tomato, cream, and garlic. And obviously everyone knows how to make a grilled cheese to go along with it.
