This is the best punch recipe ever and so easy. It is refreshing and semi-tart...great taste for a shower or brunch.

Steps:
- Mix together the first 4 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Put in punch bowl add gingerale.
- Note- you might have to divide the first 4 ingredients in half and put in punch bowl with 1/2 gingerale. Punchbowls might be too small for the full recipe.

- Arrange fruit in a 5-cup ring mold; add 3/4 cup water. Freeze until solid. Add enough water to fill mold; freeze until solid., Just before serving, in a punch bowl, combine juice concentrates with 2 cups water. Stir in ginger ale. Unmold ice ring by wrapping the bottom of the mold in a hot, damp dishcloth. Invert onto a baking sheet; place fruit side up in punch bowl.

CITRUS FRUIT PUNCH
This recipe hails from the days when I did a lot of cooking with alcoholic beverages, & when I made a number of party punches with the same. Many of them have been put aside, however, since my other half is an active member of AA. Still, I have a few of the recipes around, & here is one of them. Preparation time does not inclued the time it takes to chill the punch.

- Combine all the concentrates with the water, then stir in the syrup, before chilling.
- Pour into a large punch bowl & add ice, before SLOWLY pouring in the carbonated beverage, [& the curacao, if desired].
- Garnish with the sliced oranges, if desired.

Steps:
- Mix dry ingredients in your largest mixing bowl. Cut in shortening until mealy. Add beaten egg, milk, and raisins; mix until all ingredients are moistened and dough holds together. Dough will be very stiff.
- Preheat pancake griddle to 350 degrees F. A few drops of water should dance on the surface when hot enough.
- Roll out dough on floured board to ¼" thick. Cut with pizza wheel, scissors, or 2" cookie cutter.
- Lightly oil hot griddle. Place cookies on it without crowding. As the bottoms brown, the tops become puffy. Then turn with spatula and brown on the other side.
- Cool on rack. Makes approximately 4 dozen.
