WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNK-MACADAMIA NUT COOKIES
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Using a mixer, beat the butter in a large mixing bowl until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the brown sugar and mix together until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla. Stop to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Blend in the flour mixture in 3 stages and stir in the white chocolate and the nuts.
- Scoop out walnut-sized mounds of the cookie dough and place on the cookie sheet, leaving 2-inches between the mounds. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cookies are golden. Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and transfer the cookies from the parchment to cooling racks. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freeze for longer storage.

- In a large mixing bowl, sift together your flour, baking powder, and baking soda, and set aside. Add your salt.
- In a separate bowl, add the white sugar, brown sugar, and oil, and whisk together. Add your milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, and mix well. Fold through your chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Using your hands, form 12 balls of dough. Place the balls of dough onto the lined baking sheet, 1-2 inches apart. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on the pan for 10 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- In small bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Set aside In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and beat well.

- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart.

- Do not over bake.

Steps:
- In smaller bowl, mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In a larger bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, melted butter and eggs until completely combined. Add the vanilla. Mix well and then add the flour mixture.
- Stir in the macadamia nuts & white chocolate chips.
- Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a scoop, drop cookies onto cookie sheet. If you want the large cookies, use a large 3 TBSP scoop. If you want smaller cookies, use a medium, 1.5 TBSP cookie scoop.
- Add a few more white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts to the top of each ball of cookie dough.
- Bake in 350 degree F oven. Large cookies take 12-14 minutes. Smaller cookies take 9-11 minutes.
- Leave them on the tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
