LYN'S TASTY CHEESE CANAPES
I like some parmesan sprinkled on these. The original recipe didn't have quantities listed and I always guess quantities anyway, so I hope I have guessed correctly for posting.

ENDIVE AND BLUE CHEESE CANAPES
Elegant but very easy. Adapted from The New Irish Table. I made the salt optional because I don't think the recipe needs it. Cook time is chill time.

PIMIENTO CHEESE CANAPES
From Cooking Light magazine. I used light cream cheese, but full fat everything else. Although the recipe stated that the pimientos should be undrained, I drained mine for a thicker consistency. I think the smoked paprika adds wonderful flavor to this.
