I love imitation crab. There, the secret is out...This salad is great on crackers, but I like to eat it plain, too. One ww point per serving!

6 ounces imitation crabmeat
1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
3 tablespoons finely diced fresh green peppers
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Finely flake crabmeat, then chop into small pieces.
  • Mix crabmeat and remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with crackers, on toast, or plain.

1 1/2 cups spiral shaped pasta
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
1 (6 ounce) can baby shrimp (I prefer the fresh)
1 carrot, grated
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
salt
pepper
garlic powder (I prefer fresh garlic)

Steps:

  • Cook pasta until al dente (about 8 to 10 minutes in boiling water).
  • Cool and rinse pasta.
  • Mix well with other ingredients.
  • Chill.
