3 ½ Tablespoons Gentle Sweet ((or my Low Carb Powdered Sugar))
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon Collagen Powder
2 Tablespoons Half and Half
20 Ice Cubes (about two cups of ice)
1 Tablespoon Gentle Sweet
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
2 Tablespoons Water

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well until ice is completely blended.

water, or as needed
1 ¼ cups skim milk
3 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate flavoring syrup (such as Torani®)
3 tablespoons sugar-free caramel flavoring syrup (such as Torani®)
2 tablespoons instant coffee (such as Folgers®)
1 tablespoon imitation vanilla extract
1 teaspoon artificial sweetener, or to taste

Steps:

  • Pour root beer into an ice cube tray, adding water to fill the tray as needed.
  • Freeze until solid, 2 to 3 hours.
  • Combine frozen root beer, milk, chocolate syrup, caramel syrup, instant coffee, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a blender; blend until smooth.

2 teaspoons fat free French vanilla liquid coffee creamer
1 cup strong hot black coffee

Steps:

  • Put cocoa mix and creamer powder in mug.
  • Add hot coffee, stir and enjoy.
  • Note: for an iced mocha pour over ice. For a frappe, cool the beverage in the refrigerator for a few minutes; crush the ice in a blender add the cooled beverage and blend.

5 Ice cubes or coffee cubes (for stronger frappe)
1/4 cup heavy cream
Sugar-free chocolate Syrup
1/2 tsp monk fruit (powder or liquid form)

Steps:

  • Add all the frappe ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
  • whip all topping ingredients together until it creates a soft peak.
  • Serve the mocha frappe in a glass and top with whipped cream. Lastly, drizzle some sugar-free chocolate Syrup on top before you serve.

THM:FP (can be used in Deep S setting with Deep S fat source), low carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten/egg/dairy free (allergy info for frappé as written) | For a nut-free version, use carton (not canned) coconut milk in place of the unsweetened almond milk. Most people with nut allergies can handle coconut products, but check with your doctor first to make sure.

Number Of Ingredients 8

7 coffee ice cubes (coffee frozen in standard ice cube trays)
1 c. unsweetened almond milk
2 T. collagen
1 T. cocoa powder (scant)
1½ tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/32 tsp. (3 doonks) THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder
½ tsp. glucomannan

Steps:

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. (I use a Vitamix.)
  • As written, this frappé is a THM Fuel Pull and dairy free (not to mention delicious). For a slightly creamier FP that isn't dairy free, replace 3 T. of the almond milk with half and half. Use up to 6 T. of half and half in place of some of the almond milk for a Light S.
  • For a mocha chip frappé (THM:S), feel free to add a handful of sugar-free chocolate chips (such as Lily's brand) or a square of 85% dark chocolate with the other ingredients in the blender, then garnish with homemade whipped cream or a squirt of Reddi-wip and a sprinkling of additional chocolate chips.
