Rich taste, but using fat-free yogurt instead of sour cream and an egg white instead of a whole egg lessens the fat content. Especially good with pork dishes.

Steps:
- Mix all of the ingredients. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes.
- If you double the recipe use a 9 x 13 dish and increase the baking time to 45 minutes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat combine butter, cream cheese and milk; stir until smooth.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish combine corn and jalapenos. Pour milk mixture over corn and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
