- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a 9-inch square baking pan; stir well. Add milk, oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
- Mix together brown sugar and cocoa powder in a small bowl; sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over batter but do not stir.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cake springs back when lightly touched in the center, about 40 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x10 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, Greek yogurt, and water. Mix vigorously for 1 minute. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes. Mine was ready at 25 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- In a medium sized bowl, stir together the pudding mix, milk, and vanilla extract until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread frosting over the top of cooled cake and add mini chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!

- Grease a 20cm/8in non-stick cake tin with a little olive oil cooking spray. Using an electric hand whisk, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed from the bowl, then set aside.

- Mix together the remaining icing sugar and enough water to bring it together to form a thin icing of drizzling consistency. Drizzle the icing over the cake, leave for 2-3 minutes to harden slightly and then decorate with the remaining raspberries.
