10 ounces diced ham (optional)
16 ounces broccoli
3 tablespoons butter
1 chicken bouillon cube
4 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup cheddar cheese
16 ounces tofu shirataki noodles, dried and finely chopped
garlic salt

Steps:

  • Simmer vegetables/meat in the butter and bouillon until cooked.
  • Make shirataki rice: open packages and rinse WELL. Dry with paper towels. Chop into rice size with food processor.
  • Add shirataki to pan.
  • Add cheeses and melt.
  • Spice to taste.
  • Stir and let flavors mix for a few minutes.
  • Enjoy!

salt & fresh ground pepper

Steps:

  • Prepare whole chicken breast;grilled is tastier.
  • Cube and put in mixing bowl.
  • Mix in chopped hardboiled egg,celery, and green onions or chives.
  • Mix in mayonnaise and mustard.
  • Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  • Chill and enjoy.

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute (1/8 teaspoon plus 16 drops of liquid Splenda)
12 ounces bacon, chopped and fried until crisp,drain on paper towels
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional-peanuts or cashews may also be used)

Steps:

  • Put the broccoli and onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and Splenda; pour over broccoli and mix well.
  • Just before serving, stir in the bacon and sunflower kernels.

1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups bulgur
1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 bunch fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 1/2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
10 fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup Wishbone Italian dressing

Steps:

  • Soak bulghur in water for 2 hours.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, chopped parsley, chopped mint leaves and mix well.
  • Add the Italian dressing [or make your own dressing of 1 part vinegar to 3-4 parts olive oil or safflower oil].
  • Gently fold in the chopped tomatoes.
  • Refrigerate to chill [you can put this in the freezer for 30 minutes if you want to chill it fast!].

1 1/2 cups hot water
2 bunches fresh curly-leaf parsley, chopped finely
3 plum tomatoes, diced small
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 -2 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Steps:

  • Combine the tabouli mix and hot water.
  • Stir and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • When almost ready to serve, chop the parsley and tomatoes.
  • Add the parsley, tomatoes, oil, and vinegar and stir well.
  • Serve and enjoy!
  • You can make this a day ahead, just stir before you serve.
